Magnacordiss Ltd is a company legally registered with the Rwanda Development Board since 2022. This organization is dedicated to Inclusive education with Deaf education support and development as a local Company that is seeking to address the needs of Inclusive and specialized Schools with Deaf Children. This will be done by Investing in training school leaders, teachers, Parents, and other main service providers so that they are equipped with the right attitude, skills, and knowledge to lead, teach, and educate deaf children. This requires us to provide additional support to deaf students at school and in the community to recognize their specific needs. Briefly, promoting Rwandan Sign Language and the culture of Deaf people by strengthening multilingualism and ensuring the rights
