Garage Atecar - Kigali, Rwanda

Blatant fraud from Atecar. We were in a hit and run accident and our car was "fixed" by Atecar through the Rwanda Special Fund (for h&r accidents). They appeared to mostly fix everything, though the window still doesn't roll all the way up without helping it, the driver side mirror can't be pointed in a useful direction, and the two "new" tires both had to be replaced after 6 months. What was really bad and 100% intentional FRAUD on their part is they charged us (the special fund) for a new rim to replace the one damaged on the drivers side, but we found out they just took our spare tire and put it on the car and then pounded out the damage to the old rim, spray painted it silver, put a trash tire on it, and hit it back under our tire cover as the spare. We didn't notice for a few months but once we needed the spare it was obvious of the fraud and the tire we put on our car wobbled significantly and had to be thrown away. They charged us for a new rim but didn't give it to us and intentionally put our worthless original as the spare knowing we wouldn't find out for some time.
