CSL also organizes Congresses, Summits and similar functions.

Simultaneous Interpretation Systems (SIS)
The Simultaneous Interpretation Systems in our possession are state-of-the-art and fully-digital available for hire all the time.
• Long stem delegate microphones with status indicators.
• Infra-red systems comprising of transmitters, radiators, receivers and headsets for roaming the coverage area of the conference hall.
• Portable and mobile interpreter booths that can easily be transported and configured.
• Multi- microphone Public Address (P.A) systems.
• Cordless microphones.

Conference facilities
• Laser Jet Printers/Ink Jet colour printers. Heavy duty photocopying machines, with sorters. , LCD Multimedia Projectors, Overhead Projectors, Projector screens. E-mail /Internet Services through ISP’s., Help in the acquisition of Visas for delegates when necessary
• Airport meet & greet, delegates’ transportation, e.g. from hotel to conference venue and vice versa and also to and fro the Airport.
• Delegates ID badge, banners, folders, bags, pens, papers and all types of conference stationery.
• Personal Computers (PCs), Laptop Computers of varying processing speeds and memory capacities and equipped with latest software packages and Internet Services to suit all kinds of conference operations.
• Video Conferencing, Conference venue video and acoustic augmentation facilities such as P.A.S. Wireless microphones, loud speakers, HIFI amplifiers, TV sets, VCRs etc.
Conference Interpreters
CSL helps identify and recruit on behalf of the client highly skilled, professional and experienced bilingual and multilingual conference interpreters. The language dimension is endless and includes; English, French, Portuguese, Kiswahili, Spanish, German, Chinese, Arabic among others.
Translation of Texts
CSL provides the service of translating texts from one language to another. The range and diversity of translation services provided are enormous; the subjects can range from aviation, electronics, law, marketing, telecommunications, pharmaceutical, theological etc. CSL also provide translation services for conference-related literature such as; Audio- Visual presentations (slides), Speeches, Conference proceedings, Press releases etc.
EVENTS MANAGEMENT
Pre-conference activities – Events Management
General conference consultancy by undertaking organizational activities such as;
• Collect quotations and budgeting:
• Develop and maintain online registration for the conference;
• Follow- up the submission of extracts/abstracts;
• Arrange for advertising through posters, newspapers, website and banners;
• Travel to the conference for supervision of the venue and re-confirmations;
• Booking of accommodation, negotiation and supervision;
• Travel bookings and confirmations;
• Preparation of conference documents, (bags, brochures, stationeries, conference programs);
• Arrangement for conference equipments; (overhead/power point projectors, video projectors, TV & Video, Recording cassettes & Public Address Systems); (cost price will be submitted for the hire of the equipment if they will not be available at the conference venue)
• Protocol and visa administration services for foreign delegates;
• Preparation & printing of the final conference program (cost will be submitted separately)
• Setting-up of press conferences and disseminate appropriate information to the media.
• Correspondence for acknowledgment with the participants and presenters regarding the conference information i.e. venues, registrations, programme and abstracts/ papers confirmations, on behalf of the client.
• Coordinating rapporteurs, facilitators and paper presenters.
• Set up of a secretariat for the conference organizing committee.
• Arrange for pre- and post-conference tours.
• Compilation of the social program.
• Compilation of the conference proceedings:
• Carrying out any extra assignment given by client for the success of the conference whenever necessary.
On-site activities
• Venue set-up and supervision (staging and decorations);
• On site registration of the conference delegates
• Provision of the secretarial support and logistics support during the conference
• Ensure the smooth running of the conference and supervision of the conference staff;
• Organizing safari program (itinerary) and guided tours for conference participants;
• Preparation and supervision of social activities and leisure activities i.e. Organizing of the reception/gala dinner and social programmes
