Through the MindSky job board, members can apply for openings using their professionally-created online profile as their application document. Hiring managers can log in and review incoming applications, making it easier for them to find the right candidates. MindSky is currently partnered with Akilah Institute, a prestigious tertiary institution in Kigali that specializes in educating and training high-achieving young women.
